PLEASE NOTE: We are a start up brand in the process of growth.
At the moment, orders shipped within Bulgaria can be paid via:
● Cash on Delivery (COD) via Speedy courier
● We are working on Bank Card (online payment)
International Orders
For orders shipped outside Bulgaria:
● Payment by bank transfer only
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
All deliveries are carried out via Speedy courier services.
Free shipping for orders over 50EUR
Orders placed on a business day before 12:30 PM are usually processed the same day and
delivered within up to 2 business days within Bulgaria.
Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination.
Please note that delivery times are indicative and may be affected by public holidays, weather
conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.
Returns & Product Issues – General Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products and to prevent misuse of return policies, please read carefully our policy.
Products that show signs of significant use, or are empty, cannot be treated as defective.
Important Information About Pumps & Natural
Formulas
Our products use airless pump systems and natural, oil-based formulas.
Before assuming a defect, please note:
● New airless pumps may require 10–15 slow pumps to activate
● Always hold the bottle vertically while pumping
● At low temperatures, natural oils may temporarily thicken or separate
Allow the product to rest at room temperature before use
In rare cases, the pump may feel harder to operate when cold
These situations do not constitute product defects.
Defective Pump Review Policy (Bulgaria &
International)
The only issue eligible for review is a faulty pump mechanism.
What to do if your pump is not working:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
● Your order number
● Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
● A brief description of the problem
Products submitted for review must:
● Be at least 90% full
● Show no signs of excessive use or damage
Each case is reviewed individually and fairly.
Replacement Policy (After Review)
If, after review, the pump is confirmed to be defective:
Bulgaria
● We will replace the product free of charge
International Orders
● We do not accept international returns
● If a replacement is approved, the customer may be asked to cover shipping costs
● No refunds are issued for international orders
We reserve the right to decline replacement if sufficient proof is not provided.
Right of Withdrawal – Bulgaria Only
In accordance with Bulgarian consumer protection law, unopened and unused products may be
returned within 7 calendar days of purchase only if all conditions below are met:
● The product is unopened and unused
● The product is in its original packaging
● The original receipt or invoice is provided
● Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
This right does not apply to opened cosmetic products for hygiene and safety reasons.
